Site Acquisition and New Branch Construction

New branch library for the Westchester Square community. New one-story structure will be approximately 12,000 square feet and will include children's, teen, and adult reading rooms; multi-purpose program rooms; restrooms; public computers; and wireless internet access. Building will be fully ADA accessible.
