Wakefield - Infrastructure and ADA Upgrades

This project will create full accessibility at the branch with an accessible entrance (via ext. ramp), as well as interior accessibility (via elevator upgrades). The scope of work related to the project includes the following, as budget will allow: (A): New ADA accessible route from exterior to interior with associated impact, as follows: reconfiguration of the existing entry (both front & side to be studied); vestibule expansion; related landscaping/grading/paving; lighting/signage; (B): Removal of underground oil tank and foundation waterproofing near front entry; (C): ADA upgrade for elevator, as required; (D): Interior modifications that may also be impacted, as required, to accomodate new entry sequence, ie: interior finishes; service points/millwork; lighting; signage; security and IT equipment; general building infastructure upgrades.
