Comprehensive Renovation - Construction

This project will reimagine the building's facade to make it more welcoming and light filled and modernize its interior. The interior modernization will include the reconfiguration of spaces to better serve programming needs; as well as, new mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems, enhance technology and data system, lighting, finishes, restrooms, furniture and fixtures.

Design and Pre-construction

This project will reimagine the building's façade and modernize its interior. The design team will complete a condition assessment and design for a full renovation and possible branch expansion. Complete pre-construction services including probes.
